Dr. Benjamin Grasso is a graduate of the University of Virginia School of Medicine internship and adult psychiatry residency program, and of the National Institutes of Health Neuropsychiatry Fellowship. Past positions include years of clinical work at the Alaska Native Medical Center, inpatient and outpatient clinical work in Maine, in inpatient, outpatient, and medical hospital settings; former medical director of the Augusta Mental Health Institute (now the Riverview Psychiatric Center) in Augusta, Maine; and staff psychiatrist with the Maine VA Healthcare System. He has published several papers, and written two commissioned reports for the Institutes of Medicine, on patient safety and medication errors in psychiatry. Dr. Grasso was the recipient of the 2011 MTM/Harvard Pilgrim Healthcare Award for Excellence in Military Medicine. He continues to have a keen interest in veterans’ issues, including Combat-caused Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, and in helping veterans return to civilian life. 

Robert Foley is an inspirational speaker nationwide for U.S. Veteran groups and others addressing sensitive issues on PTSD, TBI and MST. Robert Foley’s “Life Mission” these days is conveying his powerful and inspirational messages to all groups that have the interest and or resources to address the changes needed on how we receive, treat and transition Veterans as well as Native American Veterans back into their communities with renewed Trust, Hope and Purpose. Robert Foley addresses the difficult issues to health care providers as well as to Veterans alike who face the challenge of choosing between “Treatment Therapy” vs “Wellness Therapy” or perhaps a combination of the two.
