Your future patient has a substance use disorder and is seeking recovery 鈥 How will your interprofessional team provide holistic care from both a behavioral and physical health standpoint? A panel of treatment team members 鈥 including providers and the patient with lived experience 鈥 will share their experience and provide tools from their 'whole person' approach to treatment and recovery (Scroll down for CME/CEU information).

Objectives:
- To identify the challenges of whole-person approach to service within a substance use disorder treatment environment with non-collocated primary care.
- To build awareness the importance of whole-person approach from the different perspectives of the interdisciplinary team members including the: Client, Recovery Coach, MAT Prescriber, and SUD/MH Therapist.
