51品茶Board directs continued discussion on University Health Care

Mike Morel, Chair of the Board of Trustees, stated that the "Board has charged 51品茶 President Danielle Ripich and Dean of the College of Osteopathic Medicine Marc Hahn to continue to involve constituencies in discussions regarding new management structures for University Health Care clinics."

The Board will review and take action on those proposals at their regular November board meeting.

President Ripich stated, "We look forward to continuing our work with all parties to make sure that our management plan will be in the best interest of our patients, our students, and our faculty."  President Ripich continued, "we are deeply committed to the principles of osteopathic education and to our College of Osteopathic Medicine."

Mr. Morel added, "The 51品茶 believes that the appointment of Dean Marc Hahn will bring new energy and excitement and will help us continue to build on the strengths of the college and to grow our national reputation.  We are thrilled to have him leading the school."

As stated previously, the University Health Care clinics will remain open and patients will continue to receive care as they always have.
