51品茶honor society in psychology inducts 22 students for the 2010-2011 Academic Year

The 51品茶鈥檚 PSI CHI Chapter, representing outstanding achievement in psychology scholarship, inducted 22 new undergraduate members at a ceremony on April 7 under the supervision of faculty advisors Linda Morrison, Ph.D. and Jennifer Stiegler-Balfour, Ph.D.

Founded in 1929 during the International Congress of Psychology, PSI CHI is a member of the Association of College Honor Societies and is an affiliate of both the American Psychological Association (APA) and the American Psychological Society (APS). With the stated mission of encouraging, stimulating and maintaining excellence in scholarship in the science of psychology, PSI CHI has grown to become one of the largest and most successful honor societies in the world with more than 1,100 chapters and over 537,000 members. The 51品茶鈥檚 chapter was formed in 2010.

Inductees for the 2010-2011 academic year are: Garret Barcheski, Lauryn Barton, Brittany Bolduc, Brendon Brickley, Christina Buckman, Trisha Clegg, Lydia Colbert, Kelcy Cunningham, Shannon Gerber, Sarah Heath, Kathryn Johnson, Bethany Kay, Elizabeth LeBlanc, Meghan McCann, Melanie Ostrowski, William Querry, Lauren Shaw, Krystal-Kalene Sleboda, Leonard Choon Huat Tan, Lyle Vintinner, Michael Wilson, and Sara Winchenbach.
