College of Pharmacy faculty and students host dinner for 51品茶pre-pharmacy students
Faculty members from the College of Pharmacy and current doctor of pharmacy students hosted pre-pharmacy students in the College of Arts and Sciences for a buffet-style dinner and casual conversation on March 28, 2014, on the Biddeford Campus.
The evening started with a welcome from Steven Sutton, Ph.D., department chair and associate professor, followed by a brief presentation on faculty research interests.
During and after dinner, an informal round table discussion with current faculty members, current pharmacy students and pre-pharmacy students was held, emphasizing the many opportunities in the College of Pharmacy and beyond. Each student was also provided with a packet highlighting the available career opportunities available in pharmacy.
