Michael Beaudoin, E.d.D., Professor Emeritus of Education, has co-authored a book chapter (with Barbara Grabowski and Tiffany Kozalka) titled “Competencies for Instructors, Designers, and Online Learners” in The Wiley Handbook of Learning Technology.

The chapter discusses key issues affecting the design and delivery of online courses and learning in this mode and identifies competent practice for teaching and learning in online settings.
