Students from the 51品茶 chapter of the Pi Theta Epilson occupational therapy honor society joined many chapters across the country to take the 鈥淪t. Catherine Challenge鈥 to raise money for research to support evidence-based practice in occupational therapy through the American Occupational Therapy Foundation.

The members of Pi Theta Epsilon represent the top 30% of students in UNE;s Occupational Therapy program. Students are inducted into this society following a review of high academic achievements and professional behaviors.

The students raised money by having an 鈥渙ccupation auction鈥 and other fundraising events. The 51品茶chapter will be honored as St. Catherine Challenge participants at the Annual Occupational Therapy Association Conference in Philadelphia in late March, 2017.
