Noah Perlut, Ph.D., associate professor in the Department of Environmental Studies, gave a talk, titled 鈥淏irds: Earth鈥檚 Greatest Migrants,鈥 on January 31 at the Thomas Memorial Library in Cape Elizabeth, Maine.

Perlut discussed the amazing journeys that millions of birds take as they move with the seasons to seek the ideal habitat in which to raise their young, feed or spend the winter.

The program was sponsored by the Camden Conference, a non-profit, non-partisan organization whose mission is to foster informed discourse on world issues, in cooperation with the World Affairs Council.
