Location
Elizabeth, a Distinguished Fellow of the AAPA, and Prior MEAPA board member graduated from Hahnemann University in 1985 with a Bachelor's Degree in Physician Assistant Studies. She has also received a Master's Degree from Loyola University, Chicago in Bioethics and Health Policy and is completing a Doctoral program in Clinical and Organizational Bioethics. She is a Nationally Certified Health Care Ethicist and has completed the Physician Assistant specialty certification in Palliative Care.
Following graduation from PA school Elizabeth began her career in Maine at a rural Health Care Center. Although she left Maine for several years she returned 15 years ago to continue to work in family practice in a rural setting. Family practice is her first love, but she has also worked in orthopedics, psychiatry and pediatrics. Prior to joining the 51品茶faculty she was Medical Director for Ambulatory Medicine at Northern Light Inland Hospital.
She and her husband enjoy spending time with their children, grandchildren and Australian Shepherds. She also loves reading, gardening, and canning the fruits of her labors.
