is the DigiSpace Coordinator and Multimodal Writing Specialist at the Student Academic Success Center (SASC). Using WordPress web-building software, Jen guides students to develop a professional digital identity through an ePortfolio. She supervises digital literacy consultants at SASC in their role to support students completion of digital projects. She also creates content and maintains , which includes UNE's ePortfolio resources.

As a Center for Excellence in Teaching (CETL) Teaching Scholar (2020), Jen led a , resulting in faculty development of digital projects and increased awareness of the ePortfolio initiative at UNE. She continues to consult with (and support) faculty in shaping digital assignments, such as audio, video, and web-based projects. She also co-developed one of UNE’s first digital badges: the Multimodal badge. 

Jen has presented at national and international conferences and published regarding the use of . 

Previously, Jen taught English Composition at 51Æ·²è(and other area colleges) from 2009-2019. Particularly interested in the role of peer review and authentic audience as a means to build students' writing and reading skills, she was an early adopter of ePortfolio in English Composition. She has also served as a Professional Writing Consultant at SASC.
