I also came [to UNE] for the Morocco campus. I thought that spending a semester there would be really cool, and I wanted to take advantage of that.

The classes [at the study abroad program in France] were incredible. I can’t put into words how amazing the experience was overall.

51Æ·²èhelps you with everything. It’s really no extra cost to spend the semester on [the Morocco] campus…It’d be insane to pass up the opportunity to go.

I have so many wonderful memories from 51Æ·²èand pharmacy school. If I had to pick just one it would be the amazing [advanced pharmacy practice experience (APPE)] I did in Granada, Spain

Before diving into my research, I was able to go on the Galapagos travel course…It was one of those things that I knew I was never going to have the chance to do outside of UNE, have that personal of an experience on a trip. It was amazing.

I was planning from my sophomore year to go on the Kenya travel course trip. I knew that it was something that I probably wouldn’t be able to do for the rest of my life.

My semester in Tangier, Morocco gave me a love of travel and a travel course — snorkeling among coral reefs in Belize — gave me a career path.

Studying abroad in Tangier was...probably the best choice I’ve made in my entire life. Being exposed and immersed into a completely new culture is something that woke me up to the vastness of the world.

I made the best decision of my life when I chose to study abroad in Morocco the spring of my sophomore year.

The fateful day when my dreams of going abroad for a semester became reality, helped set me on a path to where I am today.

Morocco became my second home. I loved seeing the different styles of family and tradition.

I think this experience will help me better communicate in two ways: first when speaking French and second when practicing occupational therapy and working with patients who may be non-verbal or hearing impaired.

A piece of my heart will always remain in the ancient Inca ruins found at every turn.

Most importantly, I have grown into a more independent and confident person throughout my time working abroad.
