Watch 51Æ·²èstudents as they utilize our state-of-the-art teaching kitchen. The kitchen features 12 cooking stations, six ovens, and two refrigerators, enabling us to create a learning laboratory for our nutrition students. Multiple courses make use of the kitchen, all of which prepare our students for eligibility into UNE’s .

Nutrition Minor
The Nutrition minor is a great choice if you’re interested in how food and nutrition influence health, wellness, and quality of life across diverse populations. You’ll build a strong foundation in nutrition science, food systems, and human physiology while exploring topics such as chronic disease, metabolism, public health, and barriers to healthy eating. Designed to complement majors across the health sciences and beyond, the Nutrition minor prepares you for careers and graduate study in healthcare, public health, wellness and fitness, health education, food systems, and other roles focused on promoting healthy communities.
