51Æ·²èCOM Research and Scholarship Forums

51Æ·²è our Research and Scholarship Forums

UNE’s College of Osteopathic Medicine’s (COM) research and scholarship forums are intended to share and celebrate the research conducted by our 51Æ·²èCOM students. Preparing and presenting a poster is a skill and the 51Æ·²èCOM Research and Scholarship Committee embraces its mission for advancing research within 51Æ·²èCOM by supporting our students as they conduct and present their research. Medical students have several opportunities to present their research projects.

51Æ·²èCOM Spring Research Bulletin

51Æ·²èCOM is pleased to present the inaugural Spring Research Bulletin, featuring abstracts submitted by 51Æ·²èCOM students across a diverse range of research and scholarly activities. This bulletin highlights student inquiry, innovation, and a sustained commitment to advancing medical knowledge.

Many of the featured students also participated in 51Æ·²èCOM’s well-attended Spring Lightning Talk event, a concise presentation format that challenges presenters to communicate their work clearly and effectively within a limited timeframe. This format promotes precision in scientific communication and fosters meaningful engagement — both essential to the advancement of medicine and medical research.

We invite you to review the Spring Research Bulletin (PDF) and join us in recognizing the accomplishments of our student researchers and their faculty mentors.
